✨ Pre- and Post-Surgical Support

Myofascial Release can help before and after surgery by preparing tissues, improving circulation, and reducing adhesions and pain.
If you’re preparing for or recovering from surgery, I recommend starting with a
6-hour package to support your healing process.

💛 What to Expect

  • Before Your Session: Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing (shorts, tank top, or sports bra). No oils or lotions needed.

  • During: Sessions are quiet and collaborative. Or loud and collaborative.  Give yourself permission to let go.  You may notice subtle shifts or emotional release; this is your body processing change.

  • After: Drink water, rest, and notice how your body feels. MFR stretching or walking often helps integrate the work.

How many sessions will I need?
Everybody is different. Most clients begin to feel change within 2–3 sessions, while chronic issues may take more time. Together we’ll create a plan that fits your goals and schedule.

Do I need to commit right away?
No, you can begin with a single session. Packages are available for deeper work and greater value.

Is it painful?
